After few days of non-stop eating in Hong Kong, it is time to get back in shape! Merdeka Day's weather was sunny and hot, perfect time for some serious outdoor workouts!
I felt a little sluggish during the warm-up but my mind said to me, "Just Do It!" I felt much better after few sets of push-ups and mountain climbers :) Looking at the photo below, it seems like the food I ate in Hong Kong didn't caused much damages :)
Working out under the sun is the best, sweating like crazy and getting free Vitamin D :)
Moved into the air condition gym to finish up my workout with ABS and core exercises. I like to workout alone because there is no unwanted distractions and stress free :)
