I'm 53 years old (2015). I started my Get Fit Journey last year around May 2014. As a career IT professional, I spend most of my time in front of computers. You know how that is :( I love to eat and never do any real exercises after my college years.
Finally, High Blood Pressure said "Hi" to me about two years ago. I have two options, to continue the same lifestyle I had for the past 30 years or change it!
Currently, I workout 4-5 times per week for 1 hour with mostly body weight exercises. My fitness goals are 'Health' and 'Ripped Physique' without taking any protein and muscle gainer supplements. In other words, "I eat real food!" :)
