"Why are you doing
this?" This is the most often asked question since I started my Get Fit Journey last year. Some said I am in
"mid-life crisis...", others said "what are you trying to
prove...", "you shouldn’t be doing this...",
"you have high blood pressure...", "you already passed the
stage..."
Pseudo Planche Push Ups are exercise that help you develop insane pushing strength and rock-hard core. Even though I am very comfortable with various type of push ups at this point but I do find this exercise very challenging because of my weak wrists. My goal is to be able to perform Full Planche one day :)
For personal preference, I never like the treadmill because I don't usually have the patience to commit 45 minutes to an hour just for cardio. I prefer a more intense Tabata exercises that burns more calories and toned my entire body at the same time for less than 10 minutes. I'm not sure this is call "train smart" but it works for me :) So, I use treadmill for dips and other weird exercises :)
